• Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.

• Freshers: 3 months of functional training on MICM Educational ERP with AI-enabled learning.
• Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years): 1 month of functional training on MICM Educational ERP with AI-enabled learning.
