  • Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from Commerce : B.Com, B.A, B.Ed, BBA, BMS stream.
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience.
  • Prior working experience with School ERP software is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
