- Address client queries and issues efficiently via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Graduate from Commerce : B.Com, B.A, B.Ed, BBA, BMS stream.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of work experience.
- Prior working experience with School ERP software is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
